1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Where multiple accounts are detected, ek778 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold or forfeit any balances held therein, including Real Money Balances where fraud is suspected.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the ek778 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. ek778 does not accept registrations from individuals located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. 3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ek778 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ek778 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify ek778 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.3 Account Closure by Player

Before an account is closed, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sports rules. Remaining Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

ek778 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa debit/credit card, Mastercard debit/credit card, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved Bangladesh banking channels. 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ek778 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Deposits via card or bank transfer may take up to one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day to be credited, depending on the issuing institution. ek778 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ek778 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the ek778 account panel, subject to completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. ek778 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) BST business days. ek778 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request exceeding ৳50,000.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposit amounts, wager amounts, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are denominated exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is performed on the ek778 platform. If a Player's payment method operates in a different currency, any conversion will be applied by the payment provider and ek778 will bear no responsibility for exchange rates or related charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ek778 offers a range of promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and seasonal campaign rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the respective promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered the number of times stated in the applicable promotion before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds are wagered before Real Money Balances. ek778 reserves the right to specify which games contribute fully, partially, or not at all toward the satisfaction of a wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be abusing the ek778 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering in a low-risk pattern designed solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or exploiting technical errors — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their account reviewed for potential closure. ek778's determination in matters of bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Modifications to Promotions

ek778 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while Players are actively working toward satisfying its wagering requirement, ek778 will provide reasonable notice and may apply transitional arrangements at its discretion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ek778 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, tennis, kabaddi, and other covered sports — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market as published on the ek778 platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, ek778's decision, based on the applicable sport rules and available official data, is final and binding.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

9. Limitation of Liability

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than fraud or breach, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall in the first instance be submitted to ek778's customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.
